Every security guard recruited at M.S. Security Agency undergoes several days of in-house rigorous training so as to become alert, aware and responsive besides handling of electronic systems, firefighting equipment, etc. Each guard also undergoes a course involving physical fitness and reaction to situations with live examples. Under the steering of Mr. G.D. Chelleng, the team has maintained a track record of providing timely and quality response to situations always. His team is deployed in tea gardens engaged in export and for clients like Hindustan Unilever, Bharti Infratel, to name a few.
